CSR

YES, WE CARE

For a business with international reach, acting sustainably and responsibly is key to achieving performance.

The OENEO group is committed to an everyday social responsibility policy. As such, sustainable development is the cornerstone of the bond that the men and women of our group forge with the natural materials we need to develop our barrels and closures.

Cet engagement se décline selon 4 piliers :
- Culture & Savoir-Faire
- Ressources & Environnement
- Produits & Services
-Éthique & Gouvernance
Découvrez-les en détail ci-dessous.

Culture & Expertise

OENEO draws on a wide range of complementary expertise. We support our customers throughout the entire wine production chain. Beyond our expertise, we are a collective of women and men whose well-being, development and commitment are at the heart of our concerns. As such, the OENEO group aims to:

  • Develop and engage employees to guarantee their health and safety and ensure their well-being at work, as well as preserve and develop the valuable expertise of our various professions ;
  • Promote a corporate culture that is open to its ecosystem and contributes to advancing
Resources & Environment

Our activities and those of our customers are closely linked to nature: cork, oak, vines, water, soil. It is our responsibility to preserve these resources and the environment to perpetuate the great history of wine. Thus, beyond our ongoing ambition to develop products and services that are increasingly environmentally friendly and promote healthy and sustainable viticulture and winemaking, we wish to:

  • Preserve the sessile oak and cork oak forests, which are the resources on which our activities directly depend;
  • Minimise the impact of our own operational activities: carbon footprint, water and energy consumption, waste management, and industrial risk management.
High value-added products & Services

We offer the various players in the wine industry innovative tools, personalised advice and efficient, secure processes for producing, ageing, preserving and enhancing wines and spirits. From viticulture to bottling, we create high value-added products and services for our customers, to preserve today's wine and invent tomorrow's. To shape our future offerings, we develop solutions to meet the challenges facing the wine industry and oenology in terms of environmental protection, resilience to the impacts of climate change, and new consumer expectations for more environmentally friendly products.
